GOODS DELIVERY;

• We use a home-delivery service (DHL) to deliver goods.
• We will send the ordered goods on the business day following confirmation of your payment by your method of payment chosen. 
• The time it takes to deliver goods differs according to the area the destination is in, as shown in the table below.

Delivery cut off time

*Any payment made before cut off time we will courier your item out on that working day. Otherwise will be courier out the next working day.

Stock Availability

In the event of non-stock availability for a specific order, the seller would contact the buyer for a decision to be placed on backorder or to proceed with a full-refund thus not wasting any time for both parties.

Combine Shipping

We allow combine shipping if buyers purchase multiple items from us and the shipping fee is calculated based on the actual weight. The system will automatically calculate the combined shipping fee and show it on the checkout page.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items are passed to you upon our delivery to the courier service.
